In this session, StageSub presents a digital solution that automates the outreach process once an administrator has set up the ranked substitute list and initiated the request. From that point, the system handles everything: sending requests by SMS and email, tracking responses, and confirming the right musician, without a single phone call from administrative staff.
The session will cover how orchestras traditionally handle substitutions, the common pitfalls of analog workflows, and how digitalization can concretely change the day-to-day working environment for administrative staff. We may also be joined by a guest from one of our current partner orchestras sharing their firsthand experience.
The session closes with a live demo of the full StageSub workflow, including a real request sent live to session participants, followed by an open Q&A.
